Keeping it quiet

Please keep noise low between 10 pm and 7 am. Sound travels easily between apartments, so be mindful of music, footsteps and parties.

Shared spaces

Hallways, staircases and the bike storage are for everyone. Do not leave belongings, shoes or rubbish in shared areas — they must stay clear for safety.

Waste and recycling

• Separate paper, plastic and general waste.
• Break down cardboard boxes before binning them.
• Large items go to the municipal collection point, not the hallway.

Balconies and windows

Keep balconies tidy and do not hang items over the railing. Never throw anything, including cigarette ends, from windows or balconies.
